- This patient was referred from the Department of Otolaryngology. Since metastatic neck tumor was suspected, FDG PET study was performed to search for unknown primary lesions.

- This patient had surgical operation to remove rectal cancer 3 years ago.
- Since 1 year ago, ascites appeared and diuretic medication has been used.
- Since elevation of CEA (17.7) was noticed 4 month ago, FDG PET study was performed for evaluating the recurrence of rectal cancer.
